Biography

Pretorius will have the honour of being a Junior Springbok vice-captain in what will mark his second World Rugby U20 Championship in 2019. The hard-running centre has been a key figure in the team for the last two seasons, and he will look to continue leading by example on the field in Argentina. He suffered the misfortune of missing a few games in the 2018 tournament due to an ankle injury, and with a little luck this year, he will look to make it through the tournament from start to end. The former provincial cricketer is currently studying sports and exercise.
